7 days. No questions. Full refund on your first hosting order — because we'd rather you stay because you love it.

1. The 7-Day Guarantee

If you're not happy with your Digital Hokage Cloud hosting plan for any reason, request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first order and we'll refund 100% of the hosting fee — no questions asked.

4. How to Request

  1. Open a ticket from your Client Portal under "Billing".
  2. Mention your invoice number and a one-line reason (helps us improve).
  3. We process refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Refund Method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI/cards typically settle in 3–5 business days; bank transfers in 5–7. We do not issue cash refunds.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we're fast. Initiating a chargeback without first opening a ticket may result in permanent account termination and a block on future signups.
